I was all excited & waited for hours last September to purchase my Metallica concert tickets. When I got online I ordered the closest seating tickets that I could get to the stage. My original receipt says Premium Seated tickets for the Cape Town Stadium.
Bigconcerts then changed the venue to the Belville Velodrome and my new tickets they issued me with are riiiight at the back of the arena BEHIND general standing. I emailed them on the 17th April to ask about this, and called a wonderfully unhelpful consultant today who politely told me that she cannot do anything about the tickets, if Im not happy I must cancel them and they will refund me!!
Its not my fault that you decided to change the venue, so how come I have been bumped back to the back of the stadium on temporary stands no less when I paid for so called premium seats.
And no one sees fit to respond to my email, the lady was so unhelpful I told her I wanted to speak to someone who could help me and she refused point blank and just said sorry, cant help you. In other words, Fk you we dont care that you are now at the back. Its like false advertising, buy good seats and get put at the back anyway. Id appreciate a response.
