We received email last week indicating Mnet Analogue was expecting problems with signals when CTv switched frequency and we could call 0215082261 for assistance should we experience problems from 22Apr... well I called and they told me to retune my TV. They could have put that in the email and saved me the money of the 10minute call. Needless to say that doesnt work. The party on the call centre while polite could not help and promised to escalate it but didn't know when I'll be called back. Useless customer service! Am I getting a refund prorata for the period i cant watch while i wait for someone to call me back? Am I getting a refund for my call that I wasted for "technical support"? Am I getting a clear picture and sound anytime soon? I've put my call number below
