I have now on three times found seats in prestige broken. The booking system at sterkinekor is also constantly offline. I have used their email complaint process and all they do is offer me complimentary free tickets. I have neve accepted these, as I am not needing free tickets, I need working seats and simple booking with online systems
When I eventually after two months phoned the CEO of sterkinekor regarding this, his PA tells me in a tone, that I need to write an email with my complaint. I said I have done that and now its my next level of complaint. She said, I am not cooperating with their process and She can not help me without an email. We have now established the only thing the email process does is offering free tickets.
I asked her if she wants me rather to go to numetro? She said I'd I so wish, I should.
We see on average two movies a week, and one of these are in Prestige. That is 104 ticket revenue a year with the spend on popcorn and so forth. Go and do the math. I am now going to talk to the shareholders of Sterkinko
