I paid more for a bad experience at Prestige

I was rather excited to be taking my best friend for a "prestige" movie out. When we walked up the escalator we saw where to go, big signs that directed us to the Prestige lounge. When we got there we asked to buy tickets, they told us we can't buy it there, we need to go outside to get it. When we got to that counter I told the assistant I wanted to buy the tickets cash, so he told me to go back to the Prestige lounge because they could help. I was then told to go to the food counter to buy the ticket because they could help. The guy who helped me at the counter booked 2 seats for my friend & I in different rows? When we questioned this, he said there were no 2 seats available next to eachother. I saw on the screen that there were 2 seats available in the same row with an isle that seperated them. We were happy to do this because we understood that other people had booked before us. He did not even correct the ticket on the system, he just scratched it out and wrote the other seat on it. Then the platters, oh my word, what a disappointment. A lesson, stick to popcorn and coke! Not enough characters to finish the naratives of my experience so in 1 word "Terrible".
