I went online on Monday the 18th of March and purchased two tickets to see Identity at Sandton City 20:00. I purchased the tickets as usual and it wasn't stated anywhere on the website that this is actually a free movie premier. On Thursday I went to the movies just to establish that our seats were double booked, I went to the Manager to try and sort this out and he referred to the fact that this is a "free movie", I informed him that I actually paid for the tickets and then he referred to the fact that I got a small free popcorn and coke. So basically what he is saying is that I should be satisfied with the double bookings of my seats seeing that I got a free popcorn and coke. The cherry on the top was that the movie only started showing at 20:50, even though the starting time was 20:00.So thank you for wasting 50minutes of my time. In future if you want to give customers a free stuff, please don't mix these customers with paying customers and NEVER expect clients to be satisfied with average service.
