Prestige experience not so prestigous

On the 28th May 2013 I booked online to watch Hangover 3 at Prestige at Rosebank the Zone on the Friday 31st May 2013. When we got to our seats after purchasing snacks and food, there were people in our seats who had booked after us. We went back out to ask what the problem was only to realise that the entire cinema was double booked and there were 48 people with tickets without seats. It became a first come first serve and the staff were not equipped to deal with all 48 angry people rushing to seats. The manager on duty was "on the phone" and "on the way" but never even bothered to show up. We were given re-admission vouchers and a phone number (0789874197) to call to make a booking if we wanted to redeem the voucher. Now that we are trying to book over the phone, we are being told we need to come in physically to the cinema as they cannot book for us over the phone. Why give us vouchers? and a contact number? When I tried booking from the Ster-Kinekor line they wanted to charge me for the tickets again. This is absolute nonsense and no one seems accountable. Wasted money, time and snacks. This is truly pathetic and we will not be supporting Ster-Kinekor at the Zone ever again.
