I called MC two weeks before I get paid to change my payment date to 7th, when I get home on the 06th my services where suspended without even massage and I already paid my account then. I called on the 07th Saturday and the agent called Jan Plaatjies saw on the system that I have spoke to someone in connection with this but that person adjusted it to 12th and he promise to reconnect my service and reverse the connection fees, but my DSTV is still off up until today. I called today and I spoke to Makhosonke Lebelo he gave me ref 128929748 and he confirmed that I've been calling and promised to reconnect my services up until now the DSTV it is not working. The money that I used to contact the call centre is more than I month installment and I have already pay for this month this is the 12th of this month but I have not been using my services please reconnect my service and refund me the money that I use to call you, and my days of services. Life is not easy in SA when company just let you spend unnecessary money out of the blue I'm a single parent and this entertainment is for my kids if it was not for them I would terminated this for a long time.
