Trying to get services reconncected since Monday

My service was suspended I paid called the call centre on Monday Rofhiwa promised to reconnect my services but nothing. I called again on Tuesday spoke to Nomhle when i got home some of the channels were receonnected but some are still showing E16 error. I have paid please reconnect all the channels.
