I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years. I have paid my account sometimes in advance for a year. Yet EVERY SINGLE month without fail and even being in advance for 12 months at a time I get disconnected. I have been in to the offices Randburg no fewer than 10 times at least to resolve the matter and to date nothing has changed. I have come to accept that every single month I will just be disconnected. Yesterday was no exception. I called the call centre and the voice prompt says you disconnected which was no surprise and that I had to pay R744.00 including a reconnection fee of R50.00.I paid R750.00 at checkers, spoke to Nomsu and was told they cannot reconnect because I underpaid R9.00.Having a look at ALL the previous years and been in advance for a whole year at a time and seeing that without fail every single month I call them to do exactly the same thing of reconnecting the "services" I find it absolutely shocking that they refused to reconnect my services for R9.00.After I promised to pay R9.00 today I find that my services of 12 years have not just been disconnected but cancelled in totality. I wish there was competition. Thats the problem with monopolies. Directors dont care.
