I Nigel Roets had to call Toptv again today begging for my services to be reinstated. When I spoke to Carol Wessie 21-01-2013 she promised me that if my services gets suspended they will reconnect again and will ensure that somebody call me 28-01-2013 or she will call me to reactivate my service. When I called today nobody could pick up any notes and Carol Wessie was not in. I requested for my services to be reconnected and they refused at first when I spoke to the consultant. This is not the service I expected from Toptv since I was promised for another few days of grace time for my services not to be disconnected until the 1-2-2013 and full payment made. Please reconnect my service and call me to confirm 0722435499 and I expect a good explanation why there was no notes on the system made from the conversations on 21-01-2013 and due to this I was disconnected AGAIN
