I am really upset on the service that the 2 call centre agents have rendered,
Tanya Sibeko, Keletso Marabe.
My account was suspended, so I have called in on a Sunday, unable to make a payment the same day, have to wait for Monday to go into a bank to make a payment.
I called in was to ask to reconnect my Services, then will make payment in the morning, so the agent advised that she will not reconnect my service, until payment can reflect on their side, which is a first time.
Cause previously, I have had a suspended services, and agents reconnect my service and I paid the next day,
I asked to be put through to a Manager, and she mentions she can't transfer on her phone, "I mean is that a lie, cause if you want to speak to a manager, then they can put you through, so YA"
I feel that the agents should get better knowledge and not be so rude, and could assist me!
