Multichoice nightmares

The following is factual:
1. I have been subscriber of DSTV since Jan 2011
2. It was the Premium package. Subs R625.00 plus Access R70 = R690.
3. Payment was paid-up till 4 Jan 2014.
4. On 2 Jan 2014, on DSTV Self Service website, I changed to Dstv Extra. Subs R380.00
5. On 2 Jan 2014, I sent email to DSTV to acknowledge and confirm receipt of the changes.
6. 3 Jan received confirmation email from DSTV. Ref #: Came Number 4481226
7. 5 Jan 2014 paid the R380.00 subs. Trans ID 23046351
8. 8 Jan service terminated.

Since then the following transpired.
1. Called "Call Centre" several times.
2. After 7 attempts, eventually spoke to agent that insisted I owed R728.33 plus reconnection fee. Agent was arrogant and adamant. I insisted on immediate statement of account, which she promtly sent.
3. Statement reflected a credit balance R275.00
4. Despite this, the service remained suspended.
5. After that we were not able to reach any call centre.
6. Morning of 9th Jan, after post on Facebook, agent called. He said I owe them R117 connection fee included. He will reconnect and outstanding amount can be paid with next due.
7. There has been no connection.

DSTV has no system!
