I telephonically upgraded my dstv package before the super rugby started and asked for debit order to be re-instated. At the end of the month i was disconnected. Phone and was on hold for 17 Minutes when someone accepted the call (heard peaple talking in the back ground) to be cutt off. tried sending 4 emails which bounced back. I was in credit because i paid to much but i get statement stating i now owe them money.
