My contract was coming to an end on 2 Feb. In December I called to find out what happens to my airtime / BIs once my contract has ended. I was advised it will not be lost, I will simply move to pay as you go,
On 24 January I loaded my BIS at R57.00. On 3 Feb my BIS was disconnected. I spoke to Richard who advised me this was done in error, it will be escallated and I will be refunded but if I wanted my BIS to work immediately I need to reload it at the cost of another R57.00. This is what I did and I am now told I will not be refunded for the BIS I used for a week.
No one gets back to me with a reason, I have logged calls but I just get messages that I cannot be refunded - no REASON as to why not.
I feel you have cheated me out of the other 20 days of BIS and everyone is avoiding the matter.
