On Tuesday 1 October 2013 I purchased several fishing equipment from the above mentioned store. Some of these products were braided line and mono fishing line. I know that in some braided lines the knot properties aren't that great and I asked the sales person about this. He made it clear that this were not the case with these specific braided line. The following weekend I went fishing with friends and they informed me that this was in fact not the case. As the line was still unused I returned it to the branch where I was informed that they don't want to refund me for these fishing lines. Later on they changed there reason to that they don't have that amount of cash on the premises. I asked them if it would be better if I returned the products later the week and if they might be able to assist me with my refund. They confirmed that they would be able to assist me so that Friday I took the products back but it was the same story whereby they didn't want to refund me.
