How is it possible that when you book online for a theatre production namely, the rocky horror show at the Fugard theatre that you select two seats and they give you seats on the opposite side of each other. If I had known that the seats were not together we would never have booked but ComputicketOnline just care about taking the money and don't give a about where they seat you. We were extremely frustrated as it was a full house and we could not be seated together so we left. Absolutely appalling service. I hope the R460 was worth losing valuable clients as we will never be using you again.
