I bought tickets to the vs WP rugby game at Growthpoint Kings Park as a present for my boyfriend from Computicket online. They were Eastern Lower Block Gr3 Area C / Eastern Lower Block Gr3 Area C B:390
B:391. I was pretty sure they would be on the halfway line with a great view of the game and was very excited.
On game day we got to the stadium and the tickets were fantastic on the halfway line and we had a great view of the game. 10 minutes before the game started a group of people arrived and told us we were in their seats and that they were season ticket holders. We were in their spots - Computicket had sold us their seats! We were made to feel like and that we were in the wrong place. This completely ruined the whole game for us and we had to try and find other seats to sit in.
I emailed my complaint to Computicket the following Monday, but a week later I still have not had an apology or explanation from them!
I guess the saying if it looks too good to be true then it probably is, holds true here.
