Incorrect seats given asked for aisle tickets

For the sake of good record, this is now our 2nd bad experience with Computicket in a space of two months. Our first complaint was resolved by Alan Venkatsamy from Tsogosun.
I went online and wanted to book 2 tickets for the Sandra Prinsloo show, The Sewing Machine at the Pieter Toerien Theatre at Montecasino. The online option did however not allow me to select specific seats and I subsequently phoned your call center and explained to them that I am almost 2 meters tall and require an aisle seat. I asked and reminded the attended twice. She absolutely confirmed that I had an aisle tickets.
I am sure you keep a recording of conversations and you are welcome to check same.
It was a horrible experience for both myself and my wife, sitting right against the wall in a small cramped space and all the people in the row had to stand up to let us get to our seats. Exactly the opposite of what I asked for. It was actually an embarrassing experience.
