I booked tickets on 27/08/2013 for the Joe Barber and Friends show playing at the baxter concert hall which will play on 7th September 2013. Made a booking for 4 tickets next to each other in the same row and Marcell the lady at the box office confirmed it as i gave the credit card details for payment. Today 5/09/2013 i collected tickets at computicket, just to see that only two seats are next to each other while the other seats are spread apart. When I called Marcell she had attitude and told me that while i was busy booking the tickets, two of the seats were taken but this she never told me at the time when i paid for the 4 tickets that was suppose to be next to each other. I am very unhappy with the service i received, as I wouldn't have taken it if I knew that there were no 4 sets of tickets available in one row. As this is a birthday gift to a close friend of mine. I'm really upset about this as it's embarrassing for me to hand sucha gift to a friend.
