I am extremely embarrassed and infuriated about my experience at The Glen Nu metro due to problems on your online ticket booking system. I booked movie tickets for 2 adults on Saturday 29th at 16h45 for Man of Steel. When I booked the movies online it gave me an option to book "lover seats" which was coloured in pink on the website with the legend stating clearly lover seats.
To my embarrassment, it was wheelchair seats with no seating available. We then had to wait for the cinema to fill up and the movie to commence before we could be seated on empty seats. This is extremely annoying and you need to resolve this problem as we were luckily the movie was not fully booked.
