Queue for call centre is pathetic!!!

I had to close my bank accound end march 2013 called the called the call centre before 26th to remove my debit order to cash payment the lady advised me she would send a urgent request through this was the 24th or 25th and that i could make i cash payment that day as i had to downgrade from premium to compact she advised me to pay the fee of R269.00 if im not incorrect as the new fee is effective from 01/04/2013 i made payment in my lunch time on the 26/03/2013 and then they still debited the last money that was over in my account that had to go for another debit order which i then had to go and pay and pay a penalty for they then said the will refund the money that was debited from my account which was my previous premium not even the one i downgraded to of R600 and something i am still awaiting a response from the call centre i have tried calling i cannot get through im in the range of 96 to 120 on a que its un acceptable after the promised to get back to me i want to know when my money that was debited incorrectly be back in the account so that i can draw it ac close my account its been a week now!!
