Incorrect Debit Order and No Refund!!!

I was incorrectly debited on the 01/01/2014 for R669.38 when i had upgraded on 28/12/2013 from compact package to premium when speaking to consultant he advised that my debit order would be just over R300 of which i agreed. On the 31/12/2013 i called in and downgraded to the compact package which i was advised was successful. till today i have made numerous call to the call centre on 0317102222 spoken to many consultants I was advised that the extra money would be refunded into my account till today i have received nothing. I did advise the consultant i don't want it credited on my account but a refund, each time i have called in i have gotten a diff story I have told them I would go onto hello peter and it is clear that they do not care they have left me no option but to vent my anger here as this is clearly ridiculous and poor customer service. and they have no remorse towards their customers i am considering cancelling my subscription as it is not the 1st time they have debited me for services which were not in use.
