I went to Cresta Ster. Kinekor on 23 May 2013 @ about 13:15 to book movie tickets for a show on saturday and to apply for my movie card, and actually couldn't get it as there was no one to assist me. Firstly there is renovations been done and I had to look for someone to help as to where I can purchase the tickets. There was a sign that I could purchase from the popcorn counter.. When I inquired with the lady packing all the snacks, I was told she can't help me cause she doesn't have a "float" and the others are on lunch and will only be back @ 14:00pm. How is this posssible that yiu have NO staff to assist (yret they were walking around looking @ me just standing there waiting to be assisted), was the cinema meant to be closed during those hours?? This is utter pathetic service and now I couldn't get my movie card or tickets!!
