I fear for the staff at Brooklyn Ster kinekor! Something must have gone terribly wrong this morning. I've been trying for two hours to book 8 tickets for the 11am Man of Steel show in Cinema 7.
I've called the national call centre 6 times, each time I was cut off before I could speak to an operator. I've called the brooklyn branch on their number. I've tried at least 12 times to book our tickets online, but I get cut off every time during ticket validation.
I usually love Brooklyn Ster Kinekor, they're the only cinemas in Pretoria where the sound levels are right (some cinemas have terrible issues with distortion) and their projectionists are great, I hardly ever have issues with the focus at Brooklyn.
So please send help asap!
Unfortunately, I will be taking my experience to NuMetro Menlyn this morning, but let's send the help and provisions they need at Brooklyn before I take the family to go see Despicable Me 2.
