I visited Multichoice Umhlanga on the 11/03/2013 to test my SD PVR as it was unusually rebooting itself while in use. Upon entering the Mulitichoice office, I was greeted the second I walked in and handed a ticket to proceed to Service Desk 31 for help with my problem. The kind lady at desk 31 (unfortunately forgot her name) was on hand to help test my decoder without any hesitation. I was immediately offerd a solution to my decoder problem once it was tested. Even though the office was quite busy, I was impressed with the high standard of service offered as well as the efficiency displayed by the employee at Desk 31.
