I had a small problem with my PVR decoder, (lost signal), so I went to the multichoice centre in Umhlanga Durban. I walked right in and was immediately sent to Ayanda on counter 1. She was so helpful and friendly that I didn't even care about my decoder. The speedy response to my problem was amazing, Ayanda showed that she knew what she talking about, she gave me helpful advice for decoder care, and she explained to me probable causes for my decoder's problem and how to resolve them. I am fully satisfied with Multichoice, and I feel my monthly subscription is well worth it. I am recommending two things for that branch of Multichoice:
1- The staff there should give themselves a round of applause and a day off.
2- Multichoice MUST give Ayanda an increase, if not I will cancel my subscription...(JOKES).
