Got my HD PVR decoder fixed and upon return the HD, PVR and box office service that I pay monthly for do not work. When I phoned the call centre I was number 120 in the queue. When I finally got answered the call centre guy said I should randomly replug the 4 dish input cable in different positions in the back, when I told that all 4 cables are white and have no indication of what order to be put in he just said I should keep trying randomly. When I told him that the number of different combinations of 4 inputs is very large, he had no solution. I then asked if multichoice had agents that could come and fix the dstv for which I have to pay for monthly, he said they did not. So now they expect me to pay for premium dstv monthly, which does not work. If there were a competitor I would change immediately and suggest others should too. My next step is to cancel dstv and just watch off a external hard drive
