3-3-13 called the call centre spoke to Refilwe Motimele for outstanding balance, whom shockingly after being placed on hold for a long time advised that we are being billed for 3 decoders when we have two. She confirmed the reversal of R509 and advised that total due was R609. On the 4-3-13 at 17:20 we went to Randburg office to get clarity on the 3rd decoder. Jeanette Matondo tried to assist however she had no idea of what was happening on the acc and lacked knowledge eventually a colleague sitting next to her (Molefe) came to rescue and explained still they disputed the 3rd decoder as well as the over billing and Jeanette blamed the incompetency on call centre and apologised. We asked for supervisor, Sambo Tshabalala confirmed over billing of R509. When I asked Sambo to give me the outstanding balance it was now changed to R704. I got irritable asked Sambo to explain acc in detail she said I must not worry about R509 it will be taken care off. Sambo failed to explain as well. We left Multichoice building at 19:05
