They do not want to assist now for a month putting the money into our Mnet accout. And in the mean time they cut our Mnet while it was paid to my DStv account. We do not have a dish anymore or a DStv decoder. Or they just cant read or listen to our request.

I write this letter upon instruction from your people who contacted me today. I am D.N.Erasmus ID no. 7005195110087

My wife accidentally transferred the monthly M-net payment of R330 into my DSTV account as above, whereupon the dstv was reconnected, but we have no dish or dstv decoder in our house, only an M-Net decoder. I also have a credit on my DSTV account. I wish the mistaken transfer of R330 reversed into her account, as well as the credit standing in my DSTV account.
