A VERY ANGRY CUSTOME :( I have been trying to contact the Multichoice Call Centre for the past 3 days to no avail, the line does not go through at all. I have paid my monthly premium for DSTV however my Decoder is still not connecting. Every time I try to connect I receive the following error message:
Error: Connection to the DSTV Signal could not be established, there seems to be a problem with your installation. Please ensure that the LNB Cable from the Dish is connected properly. Also check your network settings if you are sharing a communal dish, should the problem persists contact the Call Centre for further assistance
I CANT GET THROUGH THE CALL CENTRE NO... WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO??? throw the decoder away?
I have confirmed that all cables are connected. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
