I bought the HD decoder, and since we installed it we had to reboot the decoder on a monthly basis. When you record a channel you struggle to view another, decoder to slow. Multiple updates were done, and we had to reboot the decoder on a weekly basis.
Now we have to reboot the decoder on a daily basis. tonight when we tried to view DSTV we were greeted with no services. Multiple reboots and nothing worked.
Thank you MNet for creating a very unpleasant viewing experience. Nothing wrong with our money that we pay on a monthly basis.
Now for support. im currently number 20 in the queue from my cell phone. after 15 min, i realised there this call is not going to be answered quickly.
CALLING 0112892222 GIVES ME A ENGAGED TONE. you would have thought that a company like yourself you would have provided a number that will work PATHETIC!!! after calling the number 23 times i got through, number 20 in the queue. 40 min later i got to a agent ---- Hello hello hello... call drop!!! FFS!!! GET COMPETENT AGENTS THAT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER A PHONE!!! i want my services cancelled, i will live without DSTV. YOUR SUPPORT IS SHOCKING!!! test your decoder software before you roll it out!!!
