We keep losing signal on only some channels, not all channels. We have contacted dstv with no joy. We have had a dstv approved consultant to come out 3 times and advice us there is nothing wrong at a charge of R350 per call out. We have taken the dish to an approved dstv shop and they have adviced that there is nothing wrong with the decoder. Some call centre agents that we have spoken to at dstv have told us that they do a re authorization on there side and all of a sudden it works and the next day at 17h00 it is not working again. And dstv says its not them. Is it time to cancel this pathetic service called dstv!!!
