I had 2 decoders on my dstv account and both were on compact, one was paid on the 1st of september R280 and because i delayed to pay the second before the 6th both decorders were closed... fine i get that-
on the 6th of september i decided to reactivate both decorders and was asked to pay R360 seeing that i was activating 2 decorders and paying for the second one too because the first one was already paid on the 1st.so i paid the pro rata on the 2 decorders. I proceeded to let my uncle take off his decorder off my account and he created another account and that was sorted.
So we asked them to move the one decorder with the amount of 275 to the new account my uncle opened seeing that he already paid 280 on the 1st of september meaning that 360 or a minimum of was 275 was going to be left on my account which is 91182097.But instead they took 360 to the new account and left 275 on my account.
i just wanto to know how the is multichoice charging me prorata again while i paid it and why the is 428 due on my decorder and not 275, and why the did sheila call me back afta i spend 2 hours on the company phone talking to her but she still has nt called me back or helped me
