Hi,
We went to watch the Hobbit between Christmas and New Years at Brooklyn's Classic Theatre.
- The service staff was extremely rude and made the movie going experience a bit less worth it. I asked her after paying for my Fanta (I asked for a Slush Puppy and then Coke first, but both were unavailable) if I can have a straw. Her answer was, in a very rude voice, "Straw Station! " and turned away. This set me back a bit as I had been very friendly and in a good mood.
Why not eliminate service staff all together. I would not mind paying for my ticket online and buying drinks and snacks from vending machines.
I logged a complaint on the very handy complaint machines. Guess what? No response on that almost 3 weeks later.
Sad.
