DSTV disconnected although account was paid. We get E19 suspended message. We paid around R100 in November and on 1/3/2013 we paid another R240 R50 for maybe reconnection fee. What is going on. This is the second time in two weeks I have now picked up problems and on the telephone it is impossible to get through to DSTV.
Do you call this service or are u just interested in getting money??
