I recently subscribed to compact on Dstv on Thursday 11/04/2013 (14:30) and was told that i had 48 hours to pay which i paid on Saturday 13/04/2013 at 12:30. On Sunday morning i put on the Tv only to find that it had been disconnected, when i called customer service they informed me that i had to pay a reconnection fee which i find to be ridiculous seeing that i had paid within 48 hours. I see why dstv are loosing their customers as their service is pathetic.
