I just paid my dstv account a day late, they disconnected me, wich is ok, then on 03/01/2014, l paid the amount of R224.60, this is the monthly fee of R175.00 and the reconnection fee, after I phoned in and faxed them proof of payment it was put back on, this was a friday, on the saterday morning it was off again with a message to pay to put it on, and I payed already, had to phone in again, it was connected, on sunday morning it was disconnected again, whole sunday no programs, no programs for the kids as they on holiday, on Monday I phone again, it was connected, on Tuesday morning it is again disconnected, this went on till now Friday, I spent more than a R100 just on airtime to phone them every second day to connect a service I payed for, not to mention the rudeness of them, my kids is on holiday they can't watch their programs, myfriends come over dstv is disconnected, what a embarrassing moment, this is pathetic, I lost most of my viewing, I was embarrassed, and it is still going on, they put it on then a message come saying l must now pay R44 and a connection fee, wich I have done on the 3rd already, it is again weekend, how long is this going to go on for.
