Multichoice no choice!

I went to pay my dstv account of 695 and was told I need to pay 2660 due to a payment that was made in nov 2012 having been reversed in dec 2013?
I did as I was asked but could not understand how a payment can take 14 months to be reversed?...
I was then disconnected on the 14th for no reason when I phoned to query, I was told sorry for the inconvenience you will be reconnected.

I was reconnected only to receive another message that I need to pay today being 15 Jan or be disconnected. I phoned the call centre the voice automation said I now owe 745 for previous unpaid and a further 695 to be paid on 11 feb? On being put through to an operator he said I need to pay 745 on 11 feb? Two different messages? I asked how I could owe 745 as the monthly fee is 695 and was told I was reconnected yesterday so charged 50 for the reconnection??
I was told that to argue the reconnection fee I would need to go to my multichoice office which is onLy 30kms away?...

I am shocked at this disgusting service. DSTV used to be a world class company!!!
