I paid for my dstv on Sunday, my dstv was disconnected on Tuesday morning. I phoned the call centre, sent through my proof of payment and was told that my dstv would be connected on the same day. Later that afternoon I tried calling the call centre to enquire about why my account was not yet activated, but could not get through. Could you please activate my account as I have paid and have already and don't have dstv.
