Disconnecting a subscriber that paid

Hi.

I am an DSTV easyview subscriber. My due date for payments fall on the 22nd of each month. On 20 November I've paid DSTV towards my subscription but my service was suspended on 24 November 2013. I've called DSTV to reactivate twice as the deactivated my service twice last month even after I've submitted payment confirmation to them. Finally I've decided to make payment again towards my account in order to view.

I've now paid you in time on the 20 November 2013. I had to pay penalties and sent you confirmation of my payment. I've called you a few times to resolve the issue and still you haven't allocated my payment and reversed reconnection fees.
