Was watching tv and signal went off, my smart tv said no signal or weak signal that was Wednesday 27/02/2013, I checked the dish and all connections and everything was fine. I phoned top tv Thursday and was on hold for 25 minutes, I called again on Friday still no response, I sent an email on Friday still no response, today I phoned them again and after 27 minutes of being on hold, I was told there is nothing they can do since I am not at home and I told the guy I have phoned twice while I was at home and I was on hold indefinitely if I go home and call them now it will take another 30minutes to get through and I am using my cellphone, I asked him to call me but he refused and they blamed my tv. I had also connected another tv over the weekend and I got the same problem... top tv goodbye, I won't use your devices anymore
