Multoichoice turns off service after we have paid

Today, Monday 4th Feb 2013, I held on for over 35 minutes to speak to a consultant.
The message #4 told me I must pay R1204 odd rand to Multichoice, On the screen my service had been suspended! We had paid an amount to Multichoice on 2nd March 2013.
The lady told me I must pay a "pro-rata" amount of R134. I quieried this as being ridiculous and then escalated it to her superior.
While he was telling me about "two" Multichoice smartcards we were cut off. We only have one smartcard.
I sent emails to Multichoice asking them to phone me back because I was not prepared to hang on for another half an hour at my cost.
I got an acknowledgement email but no phone call.
My Multichoice service is still switched off.
I have now had more than enough of nine year old repeat programmes of, for example, "Who wants to be a Millionaire". recently - What will you do if you win? - I will go to the 2006 World Cup!!!
Pathetic sports coverage - except if you are a soccer fan and repeats where they do not reflect repeat on the screen. Public Protector please protect us!
Stick it where it fits best Imtiaz Patel. We are out of here. Immediately send us a refund.
