Very Bad Service

Good Day,

I contacted the TopTV call centre today at 12:06pm and spoke with Nomzamo. I explained to her as I always do that the account is on my brothers name and the toptv dish and service is at my home and I pay for it. However there is a problem and there was no signal. Previously my brother typed out a letter and sent it to your customer care team to load it on your system that he gives me permission to deal with any queries on his account and still this information has never been done on your side. I advised Nomzamo that all payments are up to date as I pay for Toptv the same way every month via EFT, she said she cannot divulge any information and needs my brothers consent so I advised her to call him while I hold on she said she cannot do that, so i asked to speak with a TL or manager because this lady wasn't even trying to help me even though all was in place on my side. She even sighed on the call - this is just rude attitude. Your staff are so unhappy to be there and this is the reason for the bad service. She then puts me on hold and comes back to me 5 minutes later and suddenly she can make outgoing calls. I shouldn't have to ask for a Manager before getting help.
