3:00am the Sunday morning my friend Estelle heard a knock on our door think it was me she opened the door two guys from the opposit chalet was standing at our door asking her if the bag they found was her bag she said no not knowing it belonged to me.
Not even an hour later a lady knocked at the asking if there was any Daniels family liveing there and yet again Estelle said no. At about 5:00Am the Sunday morning the owner of the resort knocked on our door and asked to see Sinobbia (me) i stood up and went to the door. she had my bag and ask if anything else was missing we found that all our morning our iphone 5 3 blackberry's and a pair of takkies was gone. the police came and took our statments and the office told us that it was not the first time people actually gets robbet there has been 4 more such times it happened.
The owner Annelie was not interested in our story she was un professional not interested in any of our stories. our window was broken our door did not close chalert no 5 had to push furniture againts there door.
we asked Annelie what she will do about her premisis she said nothing it is not her fault. but het staff our things please assist us pls
