Here is correspondence relating to a glass and aluminum door that I had fitted at my company. Just to confirm, Andrew himself is the owner (but pretends it is someone else in his email) who didn't turn up after my first complaint. What he couldn't see is the shocking workmanship which looks like a 10 year old door. Very unimpressed.

I must say that I don't see this ending, the door is now acceptable but not the professional job that I thought we were paying for. I really don't want any more disruptions to the office and our productivity.
I think it is only fair that you give us a 25% discount for the inconvenience and time wasted by our staff.
Please redo your invoice to reflect:
R5459.88 less 25% = R4094.91 plus VAT = R4668.20 - deposit = R1556.07 and will arrange payment.
