Hi I have now written numerous times about the same complaint and have been given the run around and been fed so much rubbish there is no one at Multichoice left to trust.
1. My PVR recordings DO NOT PLAY BACK PROPERLY, They and jump and sometimes come up with the "resume play" or "restart play" but nothing happens.
2. I lose my Extra View" at least 4 or 5 time a week.
I have taken my sets up so often that my fingers are sore.
The last couple of times that i have phoned and complained they have obviously done something from their side which reboots my whole PVR and I lose all my recordings and my Box Office Movies take another 3 weeks to download.
If no one addresses this situation, i am going to take it up with the CPA as this is blatant negligence after all this time.
