Multichoice disables TV on dual decode

We have a Guest House and therefore have several DSTV decoders, 3 of which are dual decoders. Our primary account number is 46482023.
On several occasions now one of the TVs connected to a dual decoder will just be disabled by Multichoice without warning. I then try to get hold of Multichoice telephonically but no one can help me to get the problem sorted out. I get transferred from the private to the business department and back again over and over yet when you tell them this they insist that its the other department's responsibility. Eventually I have to call out someone from an independent company to come and fix the problem for me. He seems to have a contact at Multichoice as he manages to get through to someone who can help but I have to pay him R350.00 every time it happens.

I don't understand why Multichoice keeps disabling my TVs. I am trying to run a small business here and its very embarrassing when I have a Guest check in and the TV is not working yet again!
