Faulty Decode

I have had this dual view contract with multichoice for over 7 years now. Since this year I have changed my decoder 3 or 4 times already. I went to Randburg early this year to change it, then I went to Maponya mall in August to change it but again towards the end of September I changed it again at Maponya. Then on 30th of September I had to go take it back to Randburg for another exchange now I am writing this complaint sitting at home with no decoder to watch as it is NOT WORKING AGAIN!!!

CAN THIS PLEASE BE SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY AS I HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN & MY CUSTOMERS COME TO WATCH SOCCER.

I DO NOT WANT THIS DUAL VIEW DECODER ANYMORE AS IT HAS GIVEN ME ENOUGH PROBLEMS ALREADY AND YOUR STUFF HAVE ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THIS DECODER IS A PROBLEM.
