On the 5th Nov I walked into the multichoice centre in N1 city and had my TWO dstv decoders reconnected, paid the errors, reconnection fee and the two decoders subscriptions for the month. I got home and the both decoders were not working, so I call the 021 508 2222 and no one can help me put my decoders on, after 6 calls to the call centre no 1 can help!!!
so the next day I go back to the call centre and William helps me perfectly and my decoders are working.
this morning the 1 decoder doesn't wanna work, the error message says I owe R84.00 WTHell???
So I phone the call centre again and cant get through.
IM OF THIS SERVICE!
every time its a darn problem.
