Today was the EIGHTH time that I had to contact Multichoice in order to disconnect the link from my decoder to a primary decoder. Every day I get told that when I get home the problem will be solved and when I get home it is not. I am put on hold for 20 minutes at a time; they have promised to contact me after hours which they do not do; they keep "escalating" but nothing happens! I have paid for the bouquet but havent' been able to watch DSTV for 9 days now. Every time I phone they state that they "strive to delight" but all they've done is strive to disgust me. And the problem is STILL not resolved! My colleagues in the office can not believe that I am on the phone to multichoice day after day after day - everyone agrees that this is shocking service from Multichoice!
